In January, I knew 2013 was going to be a big year for me. I had enrolled on a CertTESOL course and was excited at the prospect of moving somewhere hot and sunny to start my adventure.
Fast forward 9 months of hard work, teaching practices and getting to grips with the responsibility of having my own class, I rather spontaneously accepted a job in Jakarta, Indonesia and am now on the verge of starting my second year, using Sophie Speaking to chronicle my adventures in the concrete jungle that I am slowly starting to call home.
